Respawn: A Webcomic does everything it can to comply with 17 U.S.C. * 512 and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and we will respond to any infringement claims and take appropriate actions under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and other applicable intellectual property laws as quickly as possible. If your copyrighted material has been posted on to our website and you want this material removed, please provide us with a written communication that details the information listed in section below. Please note that you will be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) if you misrepresent information listed on our site that is infringing on your copyrights.
To Report an Infringement claim, please provide the following:
1. Identify in detail the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed as well as its location on the site.
